Karsten W. Rohrbach, I agree with you in the QT point. All the applications i have that use QT libraries fail to
manage transparency after a while, and the problem corrects itself (for another while... :P) when you refresh
the notification area (ex: adding an application that uses notification area). I'm not pretty sure about the point
of the nvidia drivers... different installations, different ways of installing the nvidia driver, different versions...
they all fail after a while.

Any ideas... ¿?... I don't know much of QT... I've developed some work with GNOME, but haven't got a clue of
how QT manages transparency.
