Here we go. I've preferred to adopt Debian's method over what was in the
0ubuntu1 package where there was a choice, to reduce the delta. The only
remaining real change is the patch that's been retained, which is in the
0.14 release, hence my not forwarding this delta back to Debian.

  * Merge with Debian unstable (LP: 310655), remaining changes:
    + debian/patches/only_available.diff: Add missing UI code for
      "don't show notifications when absent" option.
