Confirmed in DragonPlayer and VLC. In VLC, at least I can switch to X11
video, which seems slower, but does not flicker. Using Cheese for
picture taking or video capture flickers too, to the point that it's
virtually unusable.

Confirmed that I'm using fglrx, too. =/
