[Bug 311549] [NEW] Patch contains unneeded developer files

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythtv

debian/patches/24_fix_h264_frame_counting.dpatch

contains the complete contents of what looks like the patch-maker's
virgin copy of a file that was patched.

The file created by the patch is: libs/libmythtv/mpeg/h264utils.cpp.orig

Although not critical, it would be better if this file were removed from
the patch to avoid confusion later.
