[Bug 311774] [NEW] Compile amule with UPnP support enabled

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amule

Amule 2.2.2-1ubuntu1 shipped with Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid has no support
for UPnP.

Somehow support for UPnP has not been enabled in the current build (at
least on x86_64). This can be confirmed by running wireshark while
running aMule. aMule will not even try to broadcast the UPnP requests.
