Public bug reported:

Youtube fullscreen HD videos stutter when mouse is moved. This
stuttering occurs when compiz is both on and off. I am using Ubuntu
8.10, Nvidia 177.82 driver (also occurs with 180.16 drivers), my Flash
version is 10.0 r15 and I'm using Firefox 3.05. You can see what I'm
talking about when viewing this video for example:
