OK.. Installed Grub2 from Debian

grub-pc_1.96+20081201-1_i386.deb

grub-common_1.96+20081201-1_i386.deb

grub2_1.96+20081201-1_i386.deb

- Lost my NTFS partition again......

11_Windows must also be excecuteable for root, then it works....  ;)
