[Bug 312737] [NEW] Stellarium freezes with blank window (intrepid)

Binary package hint: stellarium

After upgrading from 8.04 to 8.10, stellarium never gets past a certain
point in startup.

My ~/.stellarium/config.ini is set to use a window (not fullscreen).

Tested on a Dell Latitude D610,  ATI M22 [Mobility Radeon X300] using
the open source radeon driver with and without an attached ViewSonic
VA2226w monitor (the fglrx driver does not work well with my two monitor
setup).  Behaviour is reproducible with a "virgin" account so it's not
my user-specific setup.
