[Bug 194635] [NEW] Please remove process-interdiff from ubuntu-dev-tools

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

According to the author the script is not sufficiently mature to be
packaged and there are no longer any requirements for interdiff
processing in ubuntu-dev processes so the script ought to be removed.
