Closing the Launchpad task as making the reportbug work with LP is bug 31508.
There is also bug 50653, which is about allowing LP to receive anonymous bug reports.
Also check out https://help.launchpad.net/MaloneXMLRPC for a way to programmatically file bugs into LP.
