[Bug 298516] [NEW] Nick identify

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xchat

Dont work nick identify on "ConferenceRoom 3.0". In this platform nick
identify command is /nick nick password. But xCHat, dont accept this
command, ignore this command. I think this bug will be fixed in next
version.
