[Bug 299164] [NEW] Can't compile against libsolid in intrepid

Public bug reported:

CMake embeds library information in files installed by kde4libs, but in
the case of libsolid, the dependencies get a path hardcoded from the
buildd environment. The following patch resolves this bug, and allows
applications such as adept to link against libsolid.
