So you're on Intrepid, running PokerTH 0.6.2-2, right?
And you have pokerth-data installed? (It should have been installed as a dependency of pokerth).

The PokerTH binary is placed under /usr/games/pokerth, the data is in /usr/share/games/pokerth.
Both, the .desktop and the .menu file point correctly to /usr/games/pokerth (if it's in your $PATH), so the problem should not occur.

can you post the output of the following commands?
echo $PATH
ls /usr/share/pokerth
dpkg -L pokerth
dpkg -L pokerth-data
dpkg -l pokerth
dpkg -l pokerth-data
cat /usr/share/applications/pokerth.desktop
