Under Intrepid, the on_each_cpu issue remains (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemtap/+bug/293235);  I
didn't run into issues after patching around that and was able to get
some of the sample .stp scripst to work, so things seem to be on the
whole better.
