** Summary changed:

- [intrepid] orca does not remember saved settings
+ [intrepid] orca does not remember saved settings - always opens on startup

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: orca

- I tried orca out to see what it was out of curiosity. I set it up and obviously being an accessibility feature it starts with GNOME. I went into the preferences to disbale it starting on login, applied it and clicked OK. I then closed the main Orca window hoping this setting was saved. After a reboot and loggin in through gdm, Orca started again!

Orca is not saving the settings I told it to - namely - "start on login" which i unchecked.
  Thanks guys!
