Tested, works perfectly.

Notice the corresponding Debian bug, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=505554 , was solved with a much complete patch (it
solves other issues too), so a sync will be appropriate and this patch
can be discarded for Jaunty.
