[Bug 300334] [NEW] Please remove powerdevil source and binary from Jaunty

Binary package hint: powerdevil

Starting in KDE 4.2, powerdevil is part of the core KDE distro and in
the kdebase-workspace source and kdebase-workspace-bin binary packages.
We have that in Jaunty now.  It has no rdepends.
