  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes (LP: #300532):
    - Remove build-dep on libgail-dev to adapt to libgail inclusion in
      libgtk2.0.

Only Ubuntu change was the removal of libgail-dev from the build-deps (Bug #269320).  libgail was included in libgtk, shown in Bug #268713.
