[Bug 300701] [NEW] sysctl.d-file with wrong/missing range

Binary package hint: wine

A small nitpick like in bug 216398: wine installs a file
  /etc/sysctl.d/wine.sysctl.conf

According to /etc/sysctl.d/README it should actually be
  /etc/sysctl.d/30-wine.conf
