Please sync btrfs 0.16-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was a patch which was submitted to Debian, and uploaded in the current Debian version.

Changelog since current jaunty version 0.16-2ubuntu1:

btrfs (0.16-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Updating vcs fields in control file.
  * Using patch-stamp rather than patch in rules file.
  * Replacing obsolete dh_clean -k with dh_prep.
  * Adding patch from James Westby <jw+debian at jameswestby.net> to fix
    bashisms in version.sh (Closes: #506319).
