[Bug 302294] [NEW] Legacy conflict field prevents 'selinux-policy-*' from being installed with 'selinux'

Public bug reported:

The conflict field within this source package's control file for the
binary package declarations of 'selinux-policy-default' and 'selinux-
policy-mls' cause conflicts when installed along side the Ubuntu native
'selinux' package. The conflicts were placed in the control file by
Debian to conflict with a legacy 'selinux' package. This Debian legacy
package is not the same package which is native in the Ubuntu
repositories since Hardy.
