[Bug 303518] [NEW] replicate pidgin's tipography and insert buttons

Binary package hint: gnome-blog

Replicating Pidgin's buttons would allow gnome-blog to add more
functions while keeping its interface simpler than it is now.

In my mockup, gnome-blog has only two buttons: typography (bold, italic,
underlined, stroke out) and insert (image, link).
