Found the problem, this is not a bug. When I went to work yesterday,
Xorg wanted to increase my virtual resolution because my work LCD is
wider than my home LCD. What I did not realize is that it shrunk my
vertical resolution from 1200 to 1050 (home is 1200 and work is 1050).
It would be nice if it only increased the virtual resolution and did not
decrease it, but this is not a bug.
