Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: encfs
I have an encrypted directory that I've been mounting in hardy and then
intrepid with:
/usr/bin/encfs $CRYPTDIR $MOUNTDIR
However, when I try this in jaunty, even though I get a password prompt
and upon entering the correct password am returned the command prompt
without error, $MOUNTDIR is still empty. It seems something is mounted:
$ mount -l | grep enc
encfs on /home/mthaddon/crypt type fuse.encfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,default_permissions,user=mthaddon)
But the directory is totally empty still...
ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04
Package: encfs 1.4.2-2
ProcEnviron:
PATH=(custom, user)
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
SHELL=/bin/bash
SourcePackage: encfs
Uname: Linux 2.6.28-11-generic i686
** Affects: encfs (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
