Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

Using "Opacity, Brightness, and Saturation" component of CCSM to
decrease the opacity of my menus. When I decrease the opacity by just 1
percent it makes any window that I have the setting apply to almost
completely translucent. This worked fine in Intrepid.
