Public bug reported:
with the options:
--user username --ssh-user-key=<ssh public key>
the key is copied in, but the ownership is for root, not for the user.
attached is a patch from the output of:
diff -u /usr/share/pyshared/VMBuilder/plugins/ubuntu/dapper.py.orig /usr/share/pyshared/VMBuilder/plugins/ubuntu/dapper.py
