[Bug 355030] [NEW] Please upgrade to version 7.4

Public bug reported:

mesa-glw  is a special edition of the mesa package that splits out the
GLw packages for Universe, since these have been removed from
Ubuntu/main. It is built from the md5-identical tarball.

mesa version 7.4-0ubuntu1 was uploaded to jaunty 23 hours ago. mesa-glw
needs an update to the same version. This will also  fix bug 332236.
