[Bug 355369] [NEW] Windows version of Firefox running under Wine won't minimize.

Public bug reported:

When trying to minimize Firefox running under Wine, it just pops back
up.

It only does this if it is minimized while it is the foreground window, has focus.
It will minimize if it is a background window, does not have focus.

It has been doing this on quite a few versions of wine.


Currently I am running version 1.1.18
I have had this problem on 2 64 bit and 1 32 bit machine.
All machines had the problem when they were running 8.10 and after they were running 9.04.
Problem exists when desktops effects are enabled or disabled.
