[Bug 355589] [NEW] mencoder x264encopts changed

Ubuntu 9.04 (Beta) x86_64

It seems the mencoder command that has been updated and the command line
arguments for the x264 codec have changed.  Try to rip a DVD using the
PC High Quality profile.  After the audio is ripped, I get a dialog
stating, "Unknown error while extracting video stream".

This problem may have already been fixed in an upstream build.
