According to the DpkgTerminalLog.gz log file, it is:
Setting up python3.0-minimal (3.0.1-0ubuntu10) ...
Linking and byte-compiling packages for runtime python3.0...
pycentral: pycentral rtinstall: installed runtime python3.0 not found
pycentral rtinstall: installed runtime python3.0 not found
dpkg: error processing python3.0-minimal (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of python3.0:
python3.0 depends on python3.0-minimal (= 3.0.1-0ubuntu10); however:
Package python3.0-minimal is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing python3.0 (--configure):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
This bug was fixed, please try one of these solutions:
