ok, seems like my version of ffmpeg is a little bit more tolerant than yours.
copy the attached file to $KDEDIR/share/apps/soundkonverter/plugins ($KDEDIR may be your local or global kde directory, i would prefer the global directory; there you should overwrite the old plugin file).
