Binary package hint: kdvi

Please remove source:
kdvi
and the binary packages:
kdvi
kdvi-doc-html
from jaunty/universe.

The package was introduced in intrepid because the new kde4 document
viewer (okular) was missing inverse dvi search. This functionality is
now implemented in okular and available in jaunty. Therefore there is no
reason to keep the old kde3 kdvi in the archive.
