[Bug 355955] [NEW] text does not display in qt apps

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

The title is pretty self-explanatory.  Text does not display in qt applications when compiz is enabled.
It seems like the text is UNDER the application because while compiz is in the process of enabling, the text appears on the desktop where it should be abd then the rest of the window appears and covers it up.  Also, while minimizing/maximizing windows, the text appears before the rest of the window and then is covered up.
