there's more than one issue:

please run sudo sh -x /var/lib/dpkg/info/python2.5-minimal.postinst configure
the file /usr/share/binfmts/python2.5 is in the package, so I'm wondering why
it is not found on the file system.

I cannot reproduce this, please could you try to reinstall this package?
