Are you still able to reproduce this issue? If so, please collect a full
backtrace - see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for directions.

If so, let's focus just on the flash video crash.  It may be that both
crashes are related, but those are very different sections of code so
for analysis purposes the two crashes ought to be handled as two
separate bugs.  So if you can reproduce the hibernate crash bug, when
you get a backtrace please report it as a separate bug report.
