[Bug 356705] [NEW] remove 'openbve-data-icons' from jaunty/universe

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openbve-data-icons

Please remove the source and binaries.

'openbve-data-icons' provided a small number of additional icons that
were missing from the upstream's 'openbve-data' tarball because they
were not public domain. The new upstream release now includes
alternative icons and there is no need for this add-on.

The relationship between the packages was "soft", in that:

  openbve-data-icons Enhances: openbve-data
  openbve-data: Recommends: openbve-data-icons

'openbve-data=1.0.2.0+dfsg-0ubuntu1' now omits this relationship; the
total lifetime of the package being required has been approximately 8
weeks and should ideally be removed from the archive before the final
jaunty release.

As the filenames have changed slightly in the process, the packages do
not conflict. But if suggested, I'll do another upload with Provides:
and Conflicts: but given the short-lifetime, it should be sufficient to
drop it completely and let the autoremover clear it up.

** Affects: openbve-data-icons (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
