[Bug 357408] [NEW] gnome-app-install is on acessibility group

Public bug reported:

The Add/Remove icon is on the first group (Acessibilidade/Acessibility),
which is non-obvious. It should instead be on the Acessórios/Accessories
group or on the Preferences or Administration groups.

It would also be a good idea to have it on the Favorites "group" by
default, to give it extra visibility.

(In case it makes any difference, I am using the pt_BR.UTF-8 locale. The
Acessibility group has also the CellWriter application, which was
installed by default for some reason.)
