Hi Jon

I only appreciate the verbosity. I'll look at including a fix for the
usage of now deprecated functions. The problems with ctrl+c not working,
and messing up the terminal should be possible to get through a post-
release update; when a working and tested solution exists give me a
heads-up and I'll look at it again.

Hmm, tried to add the ticket under offlineimap, but seems I didn't
succeed; and can't find a way to move it. If you know how to do that,
please do :)
