[Bug 358258] [NEW] Cannot edit the partial filter settings in AVIDemux

Binary package hint: avidemux

To reproduce:
Load video in AVIDemux
Set any codec (not copy)
Go to video filters and create any filter (i did Logo)
Now make this filter partial
Attempt to change the settings of the filter you've created (for example to change the position of the logo)

Note that you can only change the settings of the "partial" part of the
filter (i.e. for how long the filter is active).

Expected results:
There should be a way to edit the partiality and the actuality of the filter.
