[Bug 358317] Re: radio stream title cutoff when containing single quote

Attached is a screenshot of the tag that's failing. The full title
should be "Tomoyo After ~It's a Wonderful Life~ OST". It doesn't matter
if it's in the Artist name, song title or Album name, all streams fail
with this.

The version I compiled myself also shows this error.
