[Bug 336186] Re: Frame limiter is not accurate

Ubuntu 8.04 (Intrepid) for 32-bit architecture updated as of 4/9/2009
for both Intel and nVidia hardware on 64-bit intel machine.

I can't record a video on the intel hardware that has the most issues,
probably because of the lack of reliable vsync for that hardware. I was
able to record a video on the nVidia 8600 GT that I have attached. It
shows me fiddling with the values.

With the intel video card disabling the frame limiter puts my frames per
second to 100, but no matter what i set it to with the limiter enabled I
always get much much less, even with vsync disabled.

Thanks
