[Bug 182927] Re: Update FreeMind to 0.9.0 beta 15

version 0.9.0-rc3 was released about a month ago.  The Debian package
for 0.8.1 has been out since last November:

Can we please get this application updated rather than continue to rely
upon a 4 year old version that really is lacking in many features?  My
guess is that, given the accelerated rate of development that we're
seeing compared to past years, 0.9.0 will certainly be out very soon.  I
wouldn't be at all surprised to see a 1.0 release before the end of the
year.
