Public bug reported:

This is a simple feature request: qemu-launcher needs a way to set the
audio backend according to the possibilities given by 'qemu -audio-
help'. Right now it is only possible with some effort by using the pre-
launch command: export QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=[DRIVER].

Currently it seems qemu defaults to OSS, which of course will not work
by default. Additionally, more parameters are also available but I
believe being able to select 'alsa' or 'pa' at this point would help in
most cases.

This report reflects the 1.7.4 package in Jaunty Beta.

** Affects: qemu-launcher (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
