[Bug 359444] [NEW] Rename package and update artwork

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usplash-theme-ubuntume

Since the distribution name was changed to Sabily, we need to rename the
package to: usplash-theme-sabily.

Also the theme needs to be updated to reflect the new name.

Fadi Al-katout has made a number of new themes:
