[Bug 359788] [NEW] gconf rewrites ~/.gconfd/saved_state when idle

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gconf

gconf rewrites ~/.gconfd/saved_state time to time when idle. This is a
potential problem since it prevents drive containing home directory from
spinning down when idle (crucial for notebooks) or increases SSD wear.
It should either stop doing that or use /tmp folder which most likely
would be mounted on tmpfs in the case of concern.
