Adding information from Florian (in a dup)
My workaround is as follows:

- remove flashplugin-nonfree and nspluginwrapper
- download flashplayer from adobe labs (http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html)
- do a "tar xvfz" on the downloaded file (actual libflashplayer-10.0.22.87.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz)
- copy libflashplayer.so to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/

Restart firefox and enjoy.
