[Bug 360429] [NEW] Skrooge package should depend on libqt4-sql-sqlite

Binary package hint: skrooge

Skrooge doesn't work if libqt4-sql-sqlite isn't installed and has no dep on it.
Kubuntu has the lib installed by default, but for gnome users, this is an issue, as the app would start, but would fail in storing any data.
