[Bug 361175] [NEW] Remove gspot: dead or dormant upstream and fails to build

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gspot

I was looking at incorporating the fix for bug 311651 into gspot for
Jaunty, however in that report there is some reference to gspot no
longer being developed.  The last software update was around October of
2007 and the web site for the software is unresponsive today.
Additionally, the Debian maintainer has talked about removing it from
Debian - c.f. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=510129.

Additionally, when I tried to build gspot on Jaunty it failed.
