[Bug 361296] [NEW] A little blur on the desktop when compiz was enabled

Public bug reported:

I've got an ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (200m chipset) with the native open source driver from ubuntu (radeon).
Tht bug is:
- When I enable Compiz, I've got a 'blur' on the screen and make it difficult to read.

The bug is not caused with a Compiz effect (I enable and disable each
effect of Compiz) and didn't come from "Lissage sous pixel (LCD)" (in
Appearance > Fonts).

To see more precisely the 'bug' please download the little png that I make,
- At the left -> Compiz enabled
- At the right -> Compiz disabled

Expected: remove the little 'blur' without disabling Compiz
