[Bug 352517] Re: plasmoid-memusage should be replaced with dummy package

When we transitioned from plasmoid-* to plasma-widget-*, dummy
transitional packages were only created for applications that had been
present in Intrepid. This was to make sure that users would be able to
upgrade from Intrepid to Jaunty easily. Since plasmoid-memusage was not
in Intrepid, there is no reason to add a dummy transitional package.
Instead, this package should simply be removed from the repositories (LP
Bug: #361191). Since this bug will not be fixed, I am changing the
status to "Won't Fix".
